What movie is advertised in Like Light To Flies by Trivium?

I swear I saw a Trivium video for Like Light To Flies with scenes from a movie in it on Scuzz once. In the clips, there seem to be patients in some kind of mental institution strapped to chairs and one girl is seen seemingly biting her own tongue off.
If anyone knows what this movie may be could they let me know? I may have the song wrong (or maybe even the band- I wasn’t paying much attention), but any info on a movie like that would be awesome. =)
